I have a file NmeaFileLogger with my data

How i can convert........... 5002.590212,N,1420.286205,E, on real location?
My measurement was here: 50.0497312; 14.3413079. Its early 13km error.

Have a look here:



Be aware that 5002.590123 implies 50degrees and 02.590123 minutes. You will have to convert from minutes to decimal degrees. You have to divide the minutes by 60 to have it. The same goes for longitude.
